The “Wedding March,” a bouquet of white roses and peonies, new jewellery, a penny in your shoe, something borrowed, something blue, and … a lovely yellow smile. Oh, how can I do that? Every girl wants to look her best on her wedding day. Not just for her partner, but for herself, the guests, and of course, the photos! Photos are forever and ever.
Anyway, It’s a big day. While you’re preparing the dress, your hair and face, and you want to show your best self on the most important day, then the cute red lips are never allowed to bloom with yellow teeth smiles.
Keep these tips in mind to have pearly white teeth by your wedding day.
1. BRUSH YOUR TEETH PROPERLY!
The first thing you need to do is to make sure you’re brushing at least twice every day and for a minimum of two minutes. Don’t worry about brushing too much. Many of us develop poor oral hygiene habits when we are young and these tend to stay with us as we age. We know not brushing enough is one of these, but you might not know about some others:
A. If you’re damaging your bristles every time you brush, you’re brushing too hard.
B. Not recommended with fluoride toothpaste as it needs to stay on the teeth to do its job.
C. Using mouthwash before brushing
D. Overusing whitening toothpaste
1. FLOSS, FLOSS, FLOSS!
Flossing is another aspect of oral hygiene that is seriously lacking in the average person’s routine. Flossing is just as important as brushing because it removes trapped bits of food that would otherwise cause a build-up of plaque bacteria and lead to tooth decay.
Flossing can be a long and drawn-out process, which is why so many of us skip it. But as long as you stick to it and form a good habit, you will get good results.
3. USE A TEETH WHITENING KIT!
